Step 1 — Clean the Surface

Clean the license plate mounting area thoroughly with warm water and soap, isopropyl alcohol or an automotive surface cleaner. Remove any dirt, wax, or grease, then allow the surface to dry completely before installation.

Step 2 — Install the Mount

Peel the backing off the two pre-installed 3M automotive adhesive from the connectors. Carefully align the connectors with your vehicle's license plate mounting area and press firmly for 30–60 seconds to ensure a strong bond.

Step 3 — Mount It to Your Vehicle

Clean the vehicle mounting area thoroughly with warm water and soap, isopropyl alcohol or an automotive surface cleaner. Peel the backing off the three pre-installed 3M automotive adhesive from the mount base. Align the license plate and mount base to your vehicle and press firmly for 30-60 seconds. To remove the plate, simply pull it away from the mount. Reinstallation takes just seconds.

For the strongest bond, allow the 3M adhesive to cure for 24 hours before driving, washing your vehicle, or exposing it to heavy rain.
