How Customization Works

1. Send Us Your Design

Submit your logo or artwork along with your preferred size and any design notes. Use a clear, high-quality image so we can review the details.

Maximum badge size: 8 inches. Design feasibility and final dimensions will be confirmed during the mockup process.

2. Review Your Mockup

We’ll send you a digital mockup to review before production begins. Check the design, spelling, and dimensions carefully, and let us know if any adjustments are needed.

Your badge will move into production once you approve the mockup.

3. We Create Your Badge

Production takes approximately 10 days after mockup approval. Each badge is made specifically for your order.

4. Your Badge Ships

Once production is complete, your badge will ship with tracking information. Standard shipping takes approximately 8–10 days.

Production & Delivery

Mockup: Sent for your approval before production.

Production: Approximately 10 days after approval.

Shipping: Approximately 8–10 days after production.

Estimated total: Approximately 18–20 days after mockup approval, excluding any additional design revisions.

Before You Order

Measure your intended mounting area and confirm that your requested size will fit. Fine details or complex artwork may need to be simplified for a clean, illuminated design. We’ll discuss any required changes during the mockup process.
